SHIPPING
We offer shipping through USPS and UPS on all domestic orders as a courtesy to our customers.
We ship everywhere in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Domestic orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping.
We also ship internationally to all locations accessible via UPS. Depending on the location, import fees may apply. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Order Processing and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Allow an extra 5-7 days to process orders containing a personalized item.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

LeiLeiLime is responsible for delivering items to the shipping address provided at check out. We are not liable if the item is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered by your local postal service. Please ensure the delivery location is a safe environment.

If you've made a mistake with the shipping address or want to change or cancel an order, please email service@leileilime.com within 1 hour and provide the order # and details. Once we begin processing your order, we can no longer accept any changes or cancellations.
